Eaves Woodland Hills

OK I would like to talk with the manager of the main office and to assure you that I am actually very much happy by coming the new year to praise, and and thank the manager of the Woodland Hills. they are doing their duty so good and they are making me so happy. Of course I have been living here since 10 years ago but the new one, Sat, is sweet and kind that I love her as my own daughter and I wish her and the rest of the team, Matt, Iliana, and Shane all of the best. It's more than a year that I am living in eaves apartment. We have a very beautiful community. I love spending time at the pool or hot tub or on the tennis court. The maintenance people are simply incredible and always do a great job. The only concern I have is that our buildings are not safe & secure. There is no security on site 24/7. They only show up at night and just sit in the office. Anyone can come to the buildings and use the pool, hot tub and park their cars in the parking lot and no one from office will notice it. 2 of My packages were stolen and when I asked help from the office, they advised to file a complaint with the law enforcement. I think office and its management need improvement.

I have moved here for about 2 months now. Overall the eaves apartment complex has given me an excellent living experience, based on the rent I paid. The floors and elevator in the public area have been clean. Shared laundry room has no smell and operates conveniently with an app. Facilities are comprehensive - gym, lounge, pool, tennis court. Repair request was done through another app and fulfilled the next day. Only problem is finding parking spot later of a day. Recommend (so far)!

I loved my time at Eaves, Woodland Hills! I highly recommend this community for families especially. The amenities are kept extremely clean (especially the pool!). The noise level was never an issue, I felt safe and the move-in / move-out process was straight forward. I needed assistance with my move-out process and Matthew Boerner was such a huge help! He was responsive, thorough and very professional. I'm grateful for his help as moving out can be extremely stressful but in this case it was smooth. The only reason I'm leaving the community is to be closer to family.

No parking enforcement whatsoever. It's been like this so long the entire neighborhood knows and uses the Eaves parking lots for all the surrounding communities. At least a third of the cars in the lot don't have permits to be there. There's a black car service that looks like they have their entire fleet parked throughout the parking lots, there are broken down abandoned cars left in the parking lot, people will dump cars there with for sale signs in them, if you leave early enough for work you'll see homeless people sleeping in broken down cars in the mornings, people are parked in fire lanes, in front of gates, in handicapped spots without a placard--it's a complete free for all for the entire neighborhood. If you sort these reviews by lowest rating you can see they've known about all of this for YEARS and have done nothing besides provide the same generic copy/paste response. About once a year they'll send out an email saying that they're going to start enforcing parking and that this time it's for real, so parking gets better for about 2 or 3 days until everyone figures out they're full of it and resumes parking where ever they feel like. Parking on the streets is pretty bad too, so if you get home much after 7 pm, be prepared to have to walk 5 or more blocks. I usually have to park in the residential area right across Victory Blvd.

If there was a one star option, I would choose it, many of my friends have left here and I am also waiting to find a time to move, why I have to pay like five stars place, but receive the services and facilities of one star. This complex has many problems, you will never relax here, the complex is full of careless and rude people, because the office just want to make more money from more tenants, until midnight annoying sounds are heard from screaming to shouting loudly, loud music from annoying neighbors, you have to always keep the windows closed. it is not a good environment for family at all, the facilities are very worn out, parking gates and elevators and laundrie machines are usually out of service, parking lots are occupied by people who do not live in the complex and night patrol ignores your calls, And is constantly hiding from following your request. So forget what they say to you at first day tour, there are no more parking spot if you don't pay for that, and there is no laundry machine even if you pay for that. Each 60 apartments has 6 laundry machine and always 4 of them are out of service, and the rest are dirtyd. I can prove it by pictures. Withh a few days stay, you will realize all this. 2 years ago here was better place but now everyday it goes worst. They need to rethink about management here.
